As an Enterprise Account Manager EMEA, you will contribute to Shippeo ’s mission by acting as the commercial architect for our most established global accounts, transforming real-time visibility data into long-term strategic value. Requirements SaaS/Supply Chain Expertise: 6+ years of experience in Commercial Account Management or Sales, specifically managing high-six-figure renewals and expansions. The "Growth" Mindset: A proven track record of spotting "whitespace" within existing accounts and scaling small pilots into pan-EMEA agreements. European Market Literacy: Deep understanding of EMEA business culture and experience navigating the procurement cycles of large conglomerates (e.g., DAX, CAC 40, FTSE 100). Collaboration & Negotiation: Ability to align commercial goals with technical realities by working seamlessly with Pre-Sales, Product, and Legal teams. Communication Excellence: To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in English, complemented by professional-level fluency in German or Dutch.
