your responsibilities We are looking for a Marketing Specialist Eastern Europe (m/f/d) to join our EMEA Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and localizing marketing initiatives across Eastern European markets. You will ensure strong brand presence, effective retail activations, and measurable business growth in cooperation with our sales and channel partners. Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including creating assets, content, graphics, and promotional materials Channel Marketing: Develop tailored marketing assets for e-tail, retail and do-it-yourself stores Digital Marketing: Help to manage the company's digital presence, including the local transcreations for website, social media, and e-tail customers Collateral Development: Support the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and product documentation Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, as well as product launches Agency Management: Create briefings, ensure a high-quality project management and reporting Scheduling and Organization: Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and project schedules your profile A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field Strong communication and organizational skills Communication-oriented collaboration style Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Familiarity with common marketing tools Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media best practices Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Fluency in English is required; fluency in an Eastern European language (e.g. Polish) is a strong advantage what we offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
