PositionOverview: Theyare looking for a full-time Social Media Advertising Specialist to create,manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such asFacebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, You Tube and Snap Chat to primarily promoteour online masterclasses. Theideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends,advertising tools, and best practices for driving engagement, leads, and sales.This position offers flexibility with hours, allowing you to work remotely andmanage your time effectively. KeyResponsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, You Tube and SnapChat. Create compelling ad copy, visuals (still and video), and other creatives that align with brand voice and goals. Conduct audience research to optimize targeting and segment campaigns for maximum effectiveness. Monitor and optimize campaign performance, making adjustments to achieve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing strategies and objectives. Track and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns. Stay up to date with industry trends, new tools, and best practices in social media advertising. A/B test ad creatives, targeting, and budgets to ensure continuous campaign optimization. RequiredQualifications: Proven experience managing social media advertising campaigns, preferably on Meta platforms and LinkedIn and Google would also be beneficial. Strong understanding of social media advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.). Experience with A/B testing and data-driven campaign optimization. Excellent written communication skills A strong ability to create engaging visual images.Must have advanced skill of Canva to create compelling images. A strong ability to create captivating videos. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic recommendations. Knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Sound experience in a remote team environment and have strong team communication skills. Must have an eye for the detail. PreferredQualifications: Experience with other advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube etc.). Familiarity with other social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics etc.). Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with paid advertising. Some knowledge of Active Campaign or other CRM’s would be beneficial. WorkEnvironment: Flexible days and hours, equating to 40 hours per week. Remote position – work from anywhere, with a weekly team meeting via video call.
